OVERVIEW

Seabreeze is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting.  This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10); the price quoted is for the whole property. We have low, mid and high season rates depending on time of year visiting.  We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year.  

Seabreeze is elegant, comfortable and spacious, integrating naturally with the wrap around pool and inviting sun deck for perfect inside/outside living.  Set against a backdrop of secluded gardens are the uninterrupted views over the bay where you can sit and relax and enjoy watching the activity on the water.

Comfortable indoor and outdoor living and dining areas makes this an ideal home for family and friends where you can relax, entertain or a little of both.  The minute you walk into this air-conditioned house you will be amazed by the feeling of spaciousness and the breathtaking views through the 10' x 40' windows across the private pool.

RATES

The price quoted is for the main house and guest house. Option to rent the main house only with three king ensuite bedrooms or main house AND guest cottage with two further king ensuite bedrooms. Please email us your booking request.

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required.  The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date.

For check-in or check-out on a Sunday, we add a $200 supplement.

A returnable security deposit is required.
