OVERVIEW

The White House is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with a separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or a 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10); the price quoted is for the whole property. We have low, mid, and high season rates depending on the time of year visiting. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. 

The open plan arrangement of the house with high spec kitchen, dining, and sitting areas makes for a very, very social space. Beautiful outdoor spaces all add to the feeling of staying in a beautiful, comfortable home with a real family feel about it. Built-in 2007, the 10’ x 40’ windows provide a unique panoramic view over the bayside from every viewpoint. The serpentine wrap-around pool provides cool relief from the heat of the beach and an ideal retreat to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see.

RATES

The price quoted is for the main house and guest house. Option to rent the main house only with three king ensuite bedrooms or main house AND guest cottage with two further king ensuite bedrooms. Please email us your booking request.

To secure your booking, a 20% deposit is required. The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date.

For check-in or check-out on a Sunday, we add a $200 supplement.

A returnable security deposit is required.
